Tae W. Park, AIA
Chairman and Co-Founder
Mr. Park is a licensed architect and has more than 35 years of experience in all phases of real estate investment, including design, development, lease-up, and disposition. Prior to PRD, Mr. Park worked as a project architect and project designer on office towers, mid-rise and high-rise condominium developments, and public facilities projects.
Mr. Park earned Master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea.
Young I. Park
Mrs. Park has been a commercial broker since 1976 and has more than 35 years of experience in real estate investment, lease-up, sales, and property management.
Mrs. Park earned a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Bachelor’s degree from Ewha Women’s University in Seoul, Korea.
David C. Park
David has more than 14 years of experience in finance and real estate investment, including acquisitions, lease-up, asset management, and dispositions. He is responsible for business development, underwriting of investment opportunities, and sourcing of debt and equity.
David received a Master’s in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2007 and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University in 1999.
Steven C. Moore
Director of Alternative Investments
Steven has a background in energy and financial management. Prior to PRD, he was an energy consultant at Schneider Electric where he led a book of clients in energy management and sustainability practices. At PRD, Steven is responsible for business development, underwriting of investment opportunities, and sourcing of debt and equity in primarily non-real estate sectors. Steven focuses on opportunities in oil and gas, start-up ventures and public equities.
Steven earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College (IL) in 2012.
Jeremiah J. Lepasana
Director of Asset Management
Jeremiah is responsible for asset management of the PRD real estate portfolio. He also assists with underwriting and project management of new development projects. Prior to PRD, he worked for a family office with a portfolio of hedge funds and distressed real estate assets.
Jeremiah earned a Bachelor's degree in Theological Studies from Wheaton College (IL) in 2012.
